Having received quotes around the price of a luxury car and a two year waiting period, we researched other options and came across Complete Fibreglass Pools. The process commenced with a teleconference with Rohan to discuss all issues relating to purchase through to installation.
Initially, we felt hesitant to do this ourselves, but early in our discussions with Rohan, our confidence grew as he walked us through each step from pool and equipment options, council approval and the installation requirements. We signed a contract and paid a deposit shortly after that and half expected for service standards to drop but to our surprise, everything they said they would do was done and in time. There was a weeks delay with the shell delivery but with Covid around, that’s expected. Six months down the track, we have have a our dream pool all ready for summer. Fortunately, except for the excavation and the pool lift, we were able to do the installation ourselves saving us well in excess $15K.

The installer guy I am dealing with said “tell me what heat pump you are ordering and I will beat the price” so I ran through the list – 15 mins later he calls me back and says “mate, I can’t buy that iHP120 for anywhere near what you are paying, up around $6-7k according to my prices” and I said, that’s why you are installing only!

Absolutely fabulous. Rohan and Fiona are so great to deal with, Fiona always kept us up to date during our pool kit purchase so we never had to wonder, and Rohan even made himself available after it arrived when we had questions about install, nothing was too much trouble – it was a real pleasure doing business with them! Our pool kit, and all the many accessories it came with, are really good quality, they even chucked in a beach ball and the CPR Kit – and the delivery process from truck to crane to ground was flawless! You know what I liked about dealing with this company? No bull….t. I spoke to so many pool companies that either weren’t interested, couldn’t explain their product or just didn’t bother to call back. This crowd gave me straight down the line answers and at one point suggested that a concrete pool might be a better option for me given what I wanted to do to my backyard. Our new pool is great, the installer said it was a high quality shell and equipment and Complete basically did what they said, when they said they would do it.
